MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Managing Partner
Mohsin Adamjee leads the firm’s audit and tax practice. He holds an MSc. in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, and qualified member of ACCA(UK) and a CPA(K).
Mohsin has over 10 years of experience in audit, accounting, and tax. His industry experience includes statutory audit, specialism in assurance reporting services across multiple business sectors and expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP. He oversees accounting and taxation and forensic investigations.

Juzer is an award-winning, experienced leader, a well-rounded business adviser providing proactive solutions for business owners to plan for the future to deliver superior business outcomes.
Juzer holds, ACCA(UK), CPA(K) and CA(ANZ) qualifications.
Juzer’s experience include, Big4, SMEs & MNC in Kenya, Middle East, and Australia, having managed finance functions of complex, multi-faceted, multi-site diverse businesses with revenues from US$10M–US$2.5B.
Partner (UK)
I am a member of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants since 1997. Having studied accountancy in the UK, I have gaining experience in the UK accountancy market since 1988. I have been working in the UK mainly for government funded bodies and a specialty in the National Health Service accounting.
Experience in UK tax and accounting market has given me exposure to tax compliance requirement in UK. My interest is to pursue outsourcing and use robotics and artificial intelligence to reduce costs for clients.
DENNIS MWAI
DIRECTOR, CLIENT RELATIONS
Dennis holds an undergraduate degree and MBA (Finance) from Kenyatta University. He is also a member of CPA(K).
Dennis has 8 years of experience in audit accounting and tax. He has previously worked with RSM as a senior auditor. He has vast experience in manufacturing, transport & logistics, construction, financial, retail, IT, service, and hospitality sectors.
He has been engaged in group audits across the region where he has obtained valuable experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP.
ARWA MURTAZA
DIRECTOR MARKETING
Arwa is the Director of Marketing and a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the industry.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a top-ranked university, and has worked in various marketing roles for over a decade. Her expertise lies in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Arwa is an expert in digital marketing, social media management, and brand development, and has a proven track record of creating effective campaigns that deliver results.
